1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Renovatr AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Renovatr AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate design visualizations for interior and exterior spaces. Users can upload photos of rooms or spaces and receive AI-generated redesign suggestions. The App is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the App. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images through our AI systems solely for the purpose of generating design visualizations. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

4. AI-Generated Content

Design visualizations generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence and are provided "as is." These visualizations are intended for inspiration and reference only. They should not be used as construction documents or relied upon for renovation decisions without consulting qualified professionals. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, feasibility, or safety of any AI-generated designs.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to generate misleading or deceptive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded photos), is owned by Renovatr AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated designs are approximations and may not reflect actual renovation outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renovatr AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated design suggestions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
